Terms of Sale, Payment & Shipping

Our Terms of Sale:

Our world-beating buyers' deal has no 'small print', so you can buy from us confidently.  We guarantee all items to be authentic and as described for condition, surface patina and colour.  Our 'no quibbles, money-back guarantee' means dealing with us is without risk - if upon receipt you are not satisfied, simply return the item in the condition you received it for a full refund.

Payment:

You can pay in your own currency, which saves time and money on currency transactions and international payments.  That coupled with no local sales taxes, means wherever you are in the world, the price is the same except for the cost of shipping. 

We do not accept payment by credit or debit cards.  We prefer bank transfers, personal cheques, and money orders.  We are happy to be paid through Paypal, but because of their commission charges, we have to add 5% to your invoice.  

Shipping:

Generally, items are shipped immediately on receipt of full payment, which for existing clients means before payments are cleared.  For new customers unknown to us, we will not ship items until payment has cleared.  All non-international items are routinely shipped via British Post Office/ParcelForce or USPO priority mail. 

For international shipments, we will use the best means available for our clients and us.
