10 inch diameter English pewter broad rim plate with unidentified hallmarks to rim. Plate has a raised reed to outer rim edge of face. The plate has a 39% degree of broadness. Probably dating from the third quarter of the 17th century. In very good used condition, with a smooth face that is darkened with oxided areas, and a partially cleaned but still crusty reverse.
