Good example of a crown or coronet ear pewter porringer made by Robert Bush, Bristol 1755-1800, with his mark on the face of the ear. The ear is cast separately, and burnt on. In excellent condition, with light-grey original surface patina. Provenance: from the collection of the late Prescott Clark, Boston MA. 4⅞" diameter bowl, and 7⅜" from tip of ear to opposite edge of bowl. REF: P1304
