Very rare 2-band mug made by Edward Ubly, London 1722-38 his mark inside the base. Tapered body with two broad bands flanked above and below by two narrow bands. Solid strap handle has a semi-spade terminal. Capacity is 22½ fl oz. 2⅝" (67mm) rim, and 4¼" (107mm) base diameters. 5¾" (146mm) tall. 633g weight.
