English Art Nouveau pewter flower vase c1910-20

£20.00

An English pewter Art Nouveau flower vase, which has no maker mark, but is struck with the pattern number 0341 under the base, and has the feel of a British made vase. Simply decorated with three vertical flutes, between each of which at the lower body is a raised gothic arch design with lightly impressed rows of hammering following the curve of the arch. The doughnut knop stem rising from a shallow domed foot. In very good condition, apart from two very small splits at the rim, with medium-light grey original surface patina. Provenance: formerly in the collection of Bryan Darby. 7¾" tall, with 3¾" base diameter. REF: C3247
