European pewter bucket bowl chalice c1760-80. Chalices with smaller bowls are said to be from the Catholic church, although this example is quite tall at 7¾”. It is unmarked, and of heavy construction and high quality both in casting and finishing terms. 7¾” tall with 3¼” diameter bowl and 3⅞” diameter base.
