Scarce well decorated oval pewter teapot stand made by Broadhead, Gurney, Sporle & Co, Sheffield 1792-1811 their mark struck under the base. B, G, S & Co are a rarely encountered maker. A lovely stand decorated with well executed bright cut engraved borders to bouge and rim. Four feet with linear ribs. In superb condition, with medium-light grey original surface patina. 1” tall by 6¾” long and 5⅛” wide. 185g weight.  REF: P1056
